another update (1114MT): apparently SC recruits cant get coaches on the phone. Kelly was recruiting in cali earlier in the week, hopefully he extended his trip to do some poaching.

update (1246MT): LA Times saying that Carroll has accepted the position for $7M a year. no official word yet, still just "sources" and "rumors". Prater is no longer flying to USC after the Army All-American HS game. recruits are moving around.
