Lane Kiffin to be Souther Can's new Head Coach
Lane Kiffin is leaving Tennessee after one season to become SC's new coach. Kiffin was at SC from '01-'06 as wide receivers coach and offensive coordinator. He'll bring Monte Kiffin (his father) as defensive coordinator, Ed Orgeron as recruiting coordinator and Norm Chow as offensive coordinator. Before Tennessee, Kiffin was head coach of the Oakland Raiders. Kiffin got into some trouble quickly with the SEC in his one year so it'll be interesting to see how he does while in charge in the Pac-10. This gives some closure to recruits but will they want to follow Kiffin? SC's turn around for new coach: 4 days.
