With BYU poised to go indenpendent in football and all other sports go to the WAC in 2011, BYU will be leaving the Mountain West. The MWC also lost Utah to the Pac-10 but picked up Boise St from the WAC. Now, Nevada and Fresno St. are looking to leave the WAC and join the MWC in 2012.
So by 2012 we'd have:
MWC: +Boise St, +Fresno, +Nevada, -UTAH, -BYU
WAC: -Boise St, -Fresno, -Nevada, +BYU (not football)
